You must email me with a careful measurement of
the wearer's head circumference.
You have to be within 1/8 inch or so, or the hat won't
fit right.
I prefer that you use a flexible plastic or cloth tape
measure (the kind a tailor would use),
or you can use a thin, non-stretchy string.
Please don't use a carpenter's steel tape measure.
Wrap it around the head in question,
adjust it and snug it so it feels just the way
you want the hat to feel.
Then measure that length (or read the tape measure).
Please measure carefully.
PLEASE:

If you can't measure the head, you can send me
the hat size usually worn...but hat sizes are not carved
in stone.

You definitely need to practice in front of a mirror at
first, to find "your look".
This style of hat holds air, and if you don't
mush the hat down with your hands as you're putting it
on,
the hat will "balloon up" on you and look a little silly.
(But you might like that).
Once you get it shaped the way you like, you can reproduce
that look easily.
